Lambeau Field Tour and Casino Event

The Fox Valley Safety Council (FVSC) along with the Nicolet Chapter of ASSE are teaming up to host a unique networking event for safety professionals in the Fox Valley. There will be a keynote speaker, Lambeau Field tours, brats and hamburgers dinner and a Casino networking night to wrap up the festivities.

Presenter; Lt Cody Johnson

Topic: Emergency Preparedness/Lambeau Field Events

Lt Cody Johnson started with the Green Bay Metro Fire Department in March of 2014. Previous to that he spent 3 years with the Davenport Fire Department in Iowa. He earned his Associates in Fire Protection from Fox Valley Technical College in 2009.  Cody’s responsibilities include working closely with the community promoting awareness for fire safety and other hazards encountered in everyday life. He also maintains the Youth Firesetter Program and acts as the Public Information Officer.

As with any fire department, safety is our first propriety. Lt. Johnson will be discussing special hazards specific to the Green Bay area and how the Green Bay Metro Fire Department has prepared for incidents at these locations. As part of the presentation Lt. Johnson will also discuss certain aspects of our IAP (Incident Action Plans) for events at Lambeau Field. He’ll also be sharing stories and experiences as it relates to the firefighter profession and the precautions we take to ensure our safety.

Given the upfront costs to hosting this event, attendees are required to pay in advance via PayPal to secure their reservation. At this time, we are asking that each ASSE/FVSC member only register themselves and one guest. If we have room, we may open this to more guests as we get closer to the event. We have a room cap of 100 attendees.
